One very beautiful German custom happens every spring. If a guy loves a girl he goes out into the forest, cuts down the tree, attaches a heart with the girl's name written on it and ribbons to the tree and then posts the tree on her house. When
you walk around the streets of Germany you will see these "Decrees of Love" everywhere! It is very sweet :)
